Programs and Pricing

Essential Mat Pilates Program

In 5 sessions you’ll learn to independently perform a 30-minute set of challenging exercises to strengthen your abdominals, gluteals, and back.


Comprehensive Mat Pilates Program

In 10 sessions you’ll learn the essentials plus an expanded repertoire of challenging exercises to further develop your strength and endurance for a 50-minute workout.


In both programs you’ll receive a video recording of a session to help you continue your practice independently, forever.

Individual Sessions

45-60 minutes, $75

*Prices are applicable in Irvine, Tustin, Orange, and Santa Ana. Extra fees apply for further travel.

About Jill Evensen

After ten years working as a group fitness instructor and/or personal trainer, I left the gyms and embraced the convenience of at-home exercise. This gave me the scheduling flexibility I needed while raising children and working as a speech therapist.

I earned my Mat Pilates certification from the world-renowned Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates Academy in Newport Beach. In addition to improved strength and fitness, I was thrilled to discover that my personal Pilates practice could prevent the episodes of back pain I had previously experienced and attributed to scoliosis.

It is now my pleasure to help other busy parents and professionals stay strong and healthy while managing all of life’s demands. I’d love to help you enjoy the confidence and freedom that an at-home practice provides!
